I have created a Word format enrolement form (1 Page) to be used at my wifes dance school. The document can be filled out through word and then emailed back - without having to print and scan it. All tabs have been created with the developer function. However after I lock it, some of the input functions then become 'jammed' and cannot be entered into. Fow someone who knows their way around word better than I do, I assume its only a few minutes work to fix the issue. Its an easy quick job.
