HL7 Message Parser Using C# and TCP Listener which can listen mulitple port and send/receive message files.

I need C# services which can communicate TCP port, receive /send HL7 message to multiple range of port and IP address, Parse HL7 message , store to SQL server DB, Create HL7 message and send it to the Port. For this I need someone who is familiar with nHapi open source. I want developer to develop services which runs constantly and look for specified ports and find out if any message is available then parse that HL7 message and store to DB. and Same way send back to the Port. I am using 7 different HL7 message types. Let me know if you do not understand requirement. ## Deliverables I need you to create class or Web/Windows service which can parse HL7 message. One TCP Listener which can constantly Send/Receive HL7 message from defined Ip addresses and multiple range of Port. Suppose client serving 10 diff client then they will provide rang of port and one ip address for particular client. Once Service found message is waiting or in queue, Our service will store that message on server folder with File name+ipaddress and port number. Let me know if you need more clarification.
