We are looking for a a provider of good antivirus software that is prepared to graphically rebrand their product so that it can become part of our security product family. Digi-Sign is an international company with thousands of customers worldwide. Our principle business is digital certificates. We do not wish, nor intend, to enter build our own virus software, this is not where our expertise lies. However, we realise that our customer base, and our brand name, will bring substantial sales. Alternatively, we will consider getting someone to write the client software for us on condition that they can provide the antivirus engine to 'feed' it. In considering the above proposal(s), please be assured that Digi-Sign is NOT interested in paying $000's to rebrand software, nor will we be investing heavily to build client software. If you or your company wish to reply to this posting, then you must consider this as a partnership. The benefits of the partnership will be revenue share on all sales that Digi-Sign will generate.
