Visual C++ Program

Hi there, We need a Visual C++ program that should run on as many Windows versions as possible. The program should go to a specific web page (parameter) and retrieve that page using WinInet. Once it has the page in memory / file it should parse it using tinyxml. The program should use tinyxml for C++ HTML / XML document parsing (see attached archive). The parsed text / information will be provided later on. Also the program should be able post to a page form and then retrieve the result page, again using tinyxml and WinInet.
