I am skilled administrator with 10 years of experience managing and administering server and network infrastructures. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and IT Pro, Cisco CCNA. Please clarify, if you want to connect to RDSH (TS) servers from internal computers using flat names. Are all of these computers domain members (of the same domain as RDSH servers)? Also be informed, for outside access provision you need to deploy RD Gateway (and the best is having a wildcard SSL certificate, as it is required for all RDS servers: RDG, RDWA, RDCB and even RDSH).
