8 custom Web Templates Needed Using CSS

Hi, I need someone to create me 8 custom designed simple website templates using CSS. These must be your own work and not taken from any free template sites on the internet because I will check. I can't pay more than $40 per template and I'm asking if someone could do this as more of a favour. Hope someone can help.
