Replicate Microsoft DNS script

We are a small New Zealand based hosting company and are looking to increase the reliability of our service. Part of this is to implement a secondary nameserver to our primary Plesk based Windows DNS server. We are after a simple script that will automatically create the DNS zones configured on our primary server on our secondary server and set these to update automatically off the primary server.
