site grapfic work/design

Hello- We are looking for a new header for our website. Design is clearly defined and relatively simple in desription. Bacially if you go to [login to view URL] and look at their top header we need something almost identical to that. We already have our company logo, what we will really need to great looking design (the same as, or better then [login to view URL] in quality and resolution) and the things they have designed such as the search box on the middle and proper spacing for the other links that are at the top of their header. We also need a link bar created where the links will be placed. The link bar will obviously go right below the main part of the search box and will seperate the main part of the site from the top. A link bar that we would like it to resemble is the same link bar that is featured on clubplanet.com. (again this is just the bar that the links sit on at running at the top of the site from left to right) So these 2 things is what we are looking to get designed. Thanks and have a great day! Kenny
