Question and answers site wanted building, similar to Yahoo answers or Wiki answers. needs to be free from copyright and not infrindge any rights of other sites. Users will be able to ask their questions for other members to answer, same principles as the above 2 sites. Do not apply for this bid if you are not 100% confident that you can code this.
