Landing Page Web Design

Need design of a html / .net home page. Site will offer Job Interview Prep information. Must have outstanding design and graphics skills and demonstatable experience. Must support all browsers and use css. Page automatically sizes content to fill page. Includes header and new logo you will provide, clickable tab strip, scrollable boxes, a pop-up box. Requires 4 high-quality, stock icons / images related to the workplace: handshake, smiling computer worker, etc. Prefer line-art or stylized images rather than photos. These images exist on the web. Will consider paying 3rd party for images. Graduated color is used in the header and box headers and tab. You provide all graphics, from stock, etc. If you can include a short animated graphic of two hands shaking that is a big plus. Must speak English clearly and provide regular review. Website must be very sharp with crisp graphics - any resemblance to generic/canned designs will not work (like [login to view URL]). Please provide links to examples. Could be some follow-on work.
