Joomla and/or Wordpress Template - Slight Redesign

I am looking for an experienced programmer that can slightly redesign a Joomla or Wordpress template that I will purchase. Things to be added: - probably slight revision to top banner so I can incorporate more images - advertising space (several 250x250 boxes) down the right hand side - an area for video presentation - an area for audio presentation I am working with 4 web sites. So if the project works out well with the first web site, I could provide more projects for the other web sites. Budget will be less than $250
