I've checked the banner issue and I can fix it for mobile, but since it's actually a slider which uses images, making it higher will create distortion of image (text letters will be high and narrow). If you chat me, I'll show you how it will look like (screenshot). I would actually recommend not making it significantly higher... Maybe just a little. Menu issue is easy to fix.
