Finishing Off Website online shop and tweaks and layout

Need someone to finish off the online shop from what the last guy didnt do and tweak layout look and feel for the site for how products are displayed as well as a few banner idea. I need someone who can code, design and help make my site what I need it to do without stories just someone who can share the vision without having to take advantage of worrying about the money instead of the job at hand. I have my site details as well as another site I can show you for the idea of the way i would like the products to be displayed working with what I have. I don't want to invent the wheel, but rather working with what I have to adapt to new look and feel.
