Convert a Template to a Website

We have a website running on wordpress. We would like to move it to an html5 template and scrap the wordpress. We need to take all the content from [login to view URL] and move it over to the html5 template. As in Text, Images, etc... We would like to use this free html5 template: [login to view URL] (can be downloaded from that page). Contact form will need to work with SMTP settings. Sponsors, Partners, and Brands section will need new logos. Please pull them from the internet. Same brands, just better quality. Also we would like to use this script in the Sponsors, Partners, and Brands section.
