Hey, We have a topsite which needs a new frontend. We already have an idea how the new frontend should look like (already online website) but we need someone to implement the new things. The topsite script gets its design from the database (so all css structures are in the database) Clean simple design. (Head/Image/Rank/footer) nothing special. The whole thing needs to be responsive too. Simple Project. We need a "final time" it takes to do it and a "final price" in your bid. There will be no negotiations. Auto Bids wont have a chance, so better u read this and post an individual text.
