Build a website

I am looking to build as advanced of a website as I can with mobile integration, as well as local and remote server backup. I am looking to use any Chromium-based optimization for browser. UI/UX is the #1 of this project. Second is security. I want complete privacy rights to my users of my website. I will be using the website for eCommerce, and expanding as time goes on. I will be working in per week payment installations. If that's not for you, please don't respond. I am a very, very, very detail oriented person. If you are uncomfortable explaining things, teaching me, repeating and reteaching, then please don't respond. I respect the technical skills, and if you tell me something can't be done, I'll ask why, and you'll explain it, and I'll believe you. I want a very, very simple, professional transaction. I have my LLC, Some Online Project, and I require a developed website and app to support it. iOS and Android, as well as open sourcing all code used on the project (however the intellectual property works for that I can figure out, I have legal advisory working with me). A little about me: I grew up in rural Minnesota, enlisted in the Navy for 4 years out of high school. During my service time, I spent 3.5 years in Japan, stationed in the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76) for about 3 years, and USS George Washing (CVN-73) -- which I was on for around 8 months. I am recognized in the US, so I should be good for international collaboration. Let me know your preferred method of payment for your installations as well.
