Build an Online Store with Shopify

I'd like some help to build an online store using Shopify, from start to finish. This includes customising the look and colours, editing text, terms and conditions, uploading the images - I have 53 images to start with, setting up the payment gateway, setting up the email for enquiries and the backend for reports, buying the domain name (which I will pay for of course), and so on.
