Adult website needs build

I am looking for anyone who already owns or is willing to build an adult website. If you already have an adult site, I'd like to buy a copy of your site, this should be easy, simply transfer of files to my domain. I want the site to be a nice looking one and if I ask for a view variation to make my site look a little different from your site then I expect it to be done. I wouldn't really ask for much to be changed more than 2-3 hours of work. If anyone also owns an adult friend finder site, I'd be interested in that as well. If anyone has members to their site to sell I'd be interested in that as well. I look forward to hearing from someone. Also if someone wants to build an adult site for me from scratch that's fine too. And another thing, the provider must relinquish the right to add my site to their portfolio and sign over the creative right under my domain to me. Thank you once more.
