Word Press Project

I am looking for a professional that can design a custom word press blog based similar to our current web site theme. The word press site needs to have all the components of the following site: [login to view URL] -rotating slide show -a place for viewers to put their email address and to subscribe to a monthly newsletter -a facebook widget -links to our facebook, twiter, and website -defined area for blog posts (need to be able to put images and video content) -posts must be pushed to our facebook wall and twitter account -promotion and offer link/page that viewers need to sign up I must be able to change content add photos, or change offers, etc. Site should be compatible and look exactly same following browsers: Firefox, Safari, IE, & Chrome. other notes --i'll provide meta tags descriptions & keywords --i'll provide color # for some of colors of site --i'll provide images for each page as placeholders --images should be same size as example site --setup google analytics --i'd like get short instruction how to update each part of the page (i.e. free quote, portfolio, add to main page) etc. --i'd like to make sure it's easy to make updates to any part of the website
