Need SEO expert to get my website reindexed by Google

I got a site that dropped off google index (i've not any promotions on this site, no hidden text, no SEO in fact, the site was indexed for a few weeks and then dropped off). I need an SEO expert to advise me on how to get it reindexed. You only need to advise me on how to get it reindexed by making minor changes only (redevelopment is out of the question) and using white hat SEO techniques. If you are an expert, this is an easy task. The job will be completed once my website has been reindexed and stays on the index for at least 2 weeks. Please introduce yourself with more information. The actual site url will be provided by PM on a selective basis.
