need a website cloned 100% copy

well i have a client that needs a copy and some tweaks done to the website, i will provide a link and admin to the copy of the website to clone no ftp available. the websites needs to be 100% colors pic content admin is for image gallery administration, adding and managing. also one page for promo page with cms. the website is about 30-40 pages total i need this done by someone in few days time, so need quick turn around since it quick copy. only bid if you can do it, and in timely manner.
