Food delivery website like Justeat/Seamless/Menulog

Hi Everyone, Hope your good. Planning to build a website with your help The features that we are looking into the website is similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or even [login to view URL] but on a smaller scale.. This website will be positioned towards an asian country, firstly will be looking at 10-15 postcodes/cities and around 40-50 restaurants. In brief.. 1- just eat has an automated means by which a restaurant could join the website online completely by adding there menu's and prices.. But we skip that feature and let the admin handle it. 2- The homepage should look similar to justeat, and also should show some premier restaurants so that  Customers could order straightway from them. 3- we could use postcode searching just like justeat or we could use a drop down box. (Will be looking at 10-15 post codes/cities for the launch and upto 40-50 restaurants) 4- once a customer selects/types in his postcode then a list of restaurants near his place or the once that deliver to his city/postcode should appear. 5- the list would show the restaurant, its address, delivery cost/free delivery and type of food sold, also on the left hand it shows the type of cuisine : Italian, Chinese, English, Indian, Halal food 6- Some restaurants also accept pick up orders.. So this page also should mention website's that does pick up orders next to delivery.. 7- then when the customer selects his preferred restaurant, the menu/price/ delivery/ Collection etc would be displayed. 8- No pictures of the food needed, but just a simple description about the food would be given 9-After he adds the food into the cart then his details needed to be entered and his preferred Delivery/Collection time "Collection/Pickup orders goes as collection" 10- Then it goes to the payment gateway.. He enters the card details and the order would be initiated. 11- then the communication kicks in between the customer,Restaurant and the admin. Issues that needs to be focused. -- on the check out page customer should be able to enter the billing address as well as a delivery address This is because the delivery city of the customer should match the delivery area of the the restaurant and also to accommodate overseas customers to use the website to send food to there --delivery times differ from restaurants to restaurants ( but i am trying to set a fixed time, let see) but delivery patterns will be hourly eg: 9am - 10am, 10am - 11am etc Also the site should accept future dated delivery from a customer.. Eg: ordering food for a birthday. --u should block multiple orders from different restaurants as this may create an issue but if you could come up with a system that could handle this, that will be awesome. -- some restaurants provide free delivery some dont and some offer delivery if the purchase hits a certain value, say £15 So we should come up with a range eg: >£5 no sale £5-15 delivery charge £2 £5 no sale rule would apply to all This restaurant will be positioned in an asian market so the above values will change to rupees. --should be apple to use a voucher/coupon/promotion code at the checkout if the admin decides to publish them to customers during seasonal  times. --website should be user friendly and easily updatable.
