277626 PSD to XHTML (1-1-09)

Convert existing 7 (seven) page PSD template to W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional Table-less CSS. Site must be compatible with IE, Safari, Opera and Firefox. The attached sample jpg shows the header and footer. The middle content sections shows examples of 5 of the 7 pages to be coded. They have been combined on one JPG for this project posting, but will be separate pages when you code. The two remaining pages are very similar to the examples shown. Programmer must code page to use SEO Semantic Coding. Navigation Menu will have drop down options. In sample, navigation menus are in the header. When the user clicks on the navigation links in the top black section, additional links will then be displayed in the white section immediately below. Contact Page This page must be coded to allow users to submit comments and questions to specified site administrators.
