Build an online wholesale store

The main idea is that the user to be able to add the products to cart from a list (catalogue mode), without entering to a particular item -each product must have a customizable menu for quantity (ex. lots of 10, 20, 30 pieces) and not to be allowed to order 1 or 14 pieces -before checkout the user must see a calendar with the date of delivery (ex. orders placed on 20 nov will be delivered starting 23 nov until 28 nov) -products must have the option click on picture to enlarge -when clicking on an item the user must see a more detailed description The checkout must be without payment gateway, just enough for me to receive the orders through mail with complete informations about the customer (name, address, phone, etc.) - the store must have a simple menu to sort the categories The picture attached helps to make a picture about my request. Any other ideas are welcomed if it meets my requirements. The store must be linked to [login to view URL] but I don't have requests to be necessarily integrate into the existing template.
