11546 Rollover Graphic

I want to create one rollover graphic with text that is personal and creative. I want the type to be able to be changed in photoshop, so I will need a ppd file that allows me to customize the type. For example I need a graphic that reflects my site: purple and gold - murder mystery. I need to be able to have text that I can change. IE: New & Updates or Contests or Kit Contents. Iam trying to trim down the scrolling on my site and offer graphics that rolling over will not only bring up the rollover graphic but a tooltip type box I already have programmed on the site. I want to call the rollover using css if possible as my whole site is done in css.
