PSD to xhtml/css - Simple Layout

I have a PSD file that needs to be sliced and converted to a standards compliant xhtml/css web page that will function properly in all major web browsers. I attached a sized-down version of the file as a sample. The design is very simple and will not require any advanced scripting (no drop-downs, no ajax, etc.) The site must be optimized to load quickly and have the font styles in the PSD included in the CSS file. I am in a rush to complete this and need the file turned around ASAP. I will provide complete and detailed instructions as well as the PSD file to the winning bid promptly.
