Joomla PSD Layout Design

DEADLINE: 16/11/10 Design a Joomla PSD layout including slicing so it's ready for coding. You will be designing a website based on an existing wire-frame layout, existing colours and other elements. We are looking for a freelancer with a strong portfolio and previous experience of this work. To support your application you can make some screenshots of previous psd's you've designed loaded into photoshop including a URL of the complete coded website to verify. All work completed for us will also have all copyright released to us upon completion. If the project is successful, we are looking to build a long term relationship where more work will be provided on a regular basis through freelancer or a permanent project will be posted with your name in the subject. DO NOT apply if you haven't got strong experience, as you will be wasting both of our time as this isn't for someone who is learning on the job. Budget: $130 USD Design Alone or $350 Design + Coding and Set-up (Bid max 250 and I will post a seperate project for the remainding 100 USD for coding and set-up) Thanks for your time.
