HTML Mockup for the Software

Hi, I need an HTML mockup for the software application that contains the student record. This software HTML mockup should be made through HTML and CSS which is easy to use and read. We would like to use the jquery UI Ribbon Bar: [login to view URL] It is very easy to use and I am not expecting you to make it prefect with the right value. Just give me the UI where you have represent the Main Menu as Home and then all sub items goes under this tab. You need to provide me a HTML design for Search screen, List Screen, and Edit Screen. You will provide me the CSS classes so that the same design can be extended with other screen as required. Design in HTML will not be accepted. The bid will be accepted between 10-50 USD.
