I have a PSD that consists of an index page and the inner page that I would like converted into clean table less code using correct coding. Ultimately I would like the website to be responsive but its not necessary if price does not permit. I expect this project to be completed at a minimal rate since this project is not difficult. Please only bid if you can provide the up-most quality. I will have additional projects after this one is completed. The current budget for this project is around 20.00 but I have additional tasks that need to be completed from time to time so I will need a go to guy for all of my projects. If you are willing to do this project for the required budget please let me know. I need you to be available on skype during the projects duration for quick communication.
