2/3 page psd to HTML CSS website with 4 slide slideshow.

I have a 2/3 page website that needs a slider in the header. It has 7 PSD files, 1 home page psd, a second inner page psd, each with a slideshow banner area in the header of the pages. The other 5 .psd files are the actual banners that need to rotate on every page. In total there are 2 pages to this site and 54 slideshow images that need to cycle/fade from one slide to the next. I need this website coded in HTML and CSS (finished product in my hands by Thursday 3/01/2012 by 4pm central standard time USA). Please have very clean nice w3C compliant code that can be opened and modified within Adobe Dreamweaver at a later date should any changes need to be made. The Home link needs to link to the home page, the CAB itinerary link in the navigation needs to link to the second page that you code. The contact page can just be a duplicate of the CAB itinerary page, but paste the wufu javascript code onto that page so that the custom wufu form is embedded in it. The javascript code for the wufu form is in the .txt file inside of the attached zip file. All the other links can just be set to # and I will link to their appropriate pages after I receive the files from you. There are a few links in the side area of the site and footer that can be linked to # and I will update the link later. Both pages should scale vertically so if additional content needs to be added later the page can stretch to accommodate. If you need to fade the background image in the main content area to a solid color so you can allow the main content area to scale vertically and not repeat the background image, that is ok. Once the job is completed, I would like to see a proof on your server first. If there are any changes, I will send you a message with the changes that need to be made. Once approved I would like the final website zipped and emailed to me. Attached is the zip file with composite .jpg images of the psd files that need to be coded. They were larger than the 20mb limit. I will send the final .psd versions on skype after I award the job to a freelancer.
