Education Homepage Template in Frontpage

I require the following for an English Language for Foreign students Education Website A top header - that will run through the whole website A simple logo - that will be part of the header A stylish (not flashy) left hand navigation for 5 main pages and one sub page (with five headings). So basically I want the main index page done as a template that I can use for the rest of the site. Please note I am very competent "user" of Frontpage with very basic html skills - so I need to be able to edit it easily This needs to be done within the next 2-3 days I have photos of Ireland and photos of forgeign students who study in this college. This job could lead to a lot more work as this site will be translated into 8 mirror sites in different langues
