Hello My project is to create new website like auto part finder. Project have to be similar to [login to view URL] for non English speaking country but is ok to create in EN. After language could be changed by somebody else. User log in, SUPPLIERS LOG IN and cpanel pretty much same system. No car registration number system needed. All site pages have to be smooth to use. How it works: User fill application form about car part looking for. All registered suppliers receives auto email about car part details. Supplier enter to suppliers log in, finds part he got and enters details like price, dispatch time - send to user. User receives emails and can check at user log in page about supposed part, condition and price + postage. User decides to buy one, pays to website payment system. Ones couriers tracking system confirms part is delivered, money to supplier released. Done. Thank you
