My dear dear friend, What you require is a time consuming process that puts the developer under a total website / modules / components / security scan and sometimes even required host change. What i have to say is that i can do that only for Joomla but not for 30euros. Also all those bids you have i believe they will not satisfy you since they will just fix the issue and get it back online... what about the scan report and site recommendations though?
