Reciprocal Link Building

We're looking for a full time link building person. This will be for a new site that is US based. We have over 150 pages of different topics for every town/city in the USA. Real Estate, Doctors, Dentist, Restaurants, etc. We want local brick and mortar businesses that have websites to exchange reciprocal links with us. You will find potential linking partners using local search engines. Any local business that has a website is a potential link partner. Your job will be to contact these website administrators via email. You will contact them as an employee of our site (which you will be)and explain the benefits of reciprocal linking with us. They may contact you for further help and you will respond via an email address that we will set up for you. You will be required to create the standard email that will be sent to all prospects with our guidelines. It will be modified for each potential partner according to their needs. In return for their link to us we will place a free 125x125 ad on our relevant page for their site. It will be a text or image ad of their choosing. They can place the ad themselves using our existing code or they may require your help. The ad on our site will stay up as long as their link to us stays functional. There will be no Google pr restrictions so any site is eligible as long as the website represents an ongoing business that has an actual street address. This process can be automated to some extend but each email that you send must be tailored to the prospects site and needs. You will be representing our company and therefore, first and foremost, every action on your part must be above board. Good English communication skills are essential. Knowing the above requirements we'd like to hear your proposals. We can pay bi-weekly or monthly, flat rate or per link, along with bonuses for exceptional results.
