I have worked on many projects that required me to develop solutions for end users such as extensions, recording activation/deactivation of instances, and endpoint calls.
I understand that you are looking for a tool that can deploy easily new instances of PBX. In each instance you will need to have a panel where admin can control following: adding/removing extensions active/quit recording setting IVR setting queue. You would like to control the panel by API and be able to send calls by API with parameter instance, extension and phone number to reach. The tool should then call the extension to start the call. Endpoint should also be available so that user cannot access his portal when instance is off.
I believe that I am the best fit for this project due to my extensive experience in end user interface development (frontend), backend development (Node, Nest), database development (MySQL, Firebase), devops (AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Azure) and program languages (C++, C#).
