I'm seeking a savvy developer to create a system that efficiently manages bulk replies in our Outlook inboxes. Here's what I envision: - Automatically sending replies to emails based on the sender's email address. - Ensuring the system has a fallback mechanism to flag emails for manual review if unable to send a reply. you can provide the user interface for user to input the directory names, replying content, subject and attachments also conditions to reply, such as date ranges, exclusions .... this program needs to traverse the specified directories in the inbox to reply directories and subdirectories reply to distinct users only distinct users, one recipient one reply, even maybe multiple emails of the same recipient in the directory, only reply once you have to test it on Outlook 2010 Key Skills: - Experience with email automation systems - Proficiency in programming (VBA, VB.NET etc.) - Knowledge of email protocols (IMAP, SMTP) - Strong problem-solving abilities Ideal Experience: - Previous work on email management tools - Capabilities to integrate with existing email platforms (Outlook, Gmail) Objective: - Streamline my workflow - Maintain consistent communication with senders Please provide examples of similar systems you've built and how you would approach this project. Hello, You could use Outloog add-ins method where it will capture the email events for both incoming and outgoing event raised. On incoming event raised, you could filter it based on the sender email address, once the sender address matched, it could generate auto reply message automatically based on your predefined message and subjects. And for outgoing email address, you could track it to see the outgoing message sent as well or failed by detecting the bounced message as well, and you could mark the original email message as the certain status.
