VBA script to output data in MS Access 2003

I have a table within Microsoft Access 2003 that needs a VBA script written to extract the information in a specific format. 1. The data is all within one table. I need a variable length output record. If a certain field within a record has no data, it is skipped in the output file. 2. The layout is very specific (see the attached Excel spreadsheet with the file layout). 3. I need to run a test with the script and send it to another programmer. Based on his feedback, we may need to tweak something if it doesn't meet the specification. 4. I can deliver you the Access database with just the table for the test output (sample set of data). I'm not sure, but I believe that once we have the script approved, you can send that to me and I can put it in my Access database and run it myself. Please correct me if I'm wrong. 5. Turn-around time is important. I would like to have a test output from you within 48 hours of your selection.
