Create videos for customers' audio testimonials

I have 2 customers' audio testimonials which add up to about 2-3 minutes long. I want to create videos that work with this audio. The content used in the video should be as relevant to the audio content as possible, and the images and music used to be royalty-free. Finally, I want the videos to be in flv format ready to be uploaded to youtube.
