simple design work needed

I need a new design and look and feel for an existing site. Its very simple task for professionals, you will have to make it run on your server and then finaly on the server i will give you. This project is same like to make a new design to give completely diffrent look and feel with same images and text but in different color scheme. I will give you the site after acceptance of the bid.
