I require a full-time virtual assistant with an intermediate level of experience to handle several daily tasks. These include: - Email Management: Monitoring and responding to my emails. - Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating schedules and arranging meetings. - Data Entry: Inputting data into CRM software and ensuring accuracy. The ideal candidate should be familiar with CRM software, Booking Koala, and Ring Over. Practical experience with these tools is highly preferred. Attention to detail and efficiency is paramount for this role. We are looking for a virtual assistant to help us by answering calls and emails. You will be receiving calls to obtain estimates with a tool that we provide to obtain estimates of our service. Hours are from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm and Sundays from 9 am to 11 am. Appointments must be scheduled to make a more complete estimate. In addition to generating estimates and scheduling appointments, we also perform a post-sales service to see how you thought of our service and rate it on Google. All this at the mentioned times. 100% English experience and it could be a plus if you know some Spanish.
