Assistant from Philippines with Tech Knowledge

Hello, I'm looking for a reliable assistant from the Philippines. Some knowledge of website management is a plus but I'm willing to train the right individual. Here's a quick list of the common responsibilities, by the way, I provide thorough training for all of these tasks, they are not very difficult at all. They just require a hard working individual who can follow instructions and meet deadlines.
