Web commercial

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a series (10) short web commercial with a duration of less than 6 seconds each. The main focus of the commercial will be to increase brand awareness. I'm looking for someone who can curate royalty free stock video and photos with text overlay. I will provide a list of the ten commercial concepts and am looking for someone creative to identify the rigt video/photo or combination to acheive a good product. I will also need the videos uploaded to canva and then create an outro template at the end of each video that can be customized with a short message, logo, headshot and contact details. The web spots will need to be designed in a way that can be easily customized (white labeled) fo individual users. The use case is for a real estate brokerage making the commercials easily customizable for each of our agents. An example would be... **** Video of a christmas tree too big for living room. Text says "You can either get a smaller tree Or You can get a bigger living room" Video transitions to agent page with text "I can help with that! Call me today **** I will also need the stock videos/photos to be royalty free and provided information on cost and maintnence of obtaining/maintaining rights to use them at an agency level for reproduction and publication. Skills and experience needed for this project include: - Proficiency in curating appropriate stock videos and photos to convey the desired message - Ability to edit and combine the selected footage seamlessly - Understanding of effective storytelling techniques to engage viewers in a short amount of time - Knowledge of video editing software and tools to enhance the visual quality of the commercial The ideal freelancer should have a creative eye and be able to effectively convey the brand's message through visuals.
