What I need is for the voice over audio files to be added to the videos. Once added to the videos the transitions of the slides within the videos must be synced to the narration provided in the voice overs. The existing music must also be kept in the video; however the voice over audio should be audible over the music. I can provide the original MP4 video files along with the voice over mp3 files. The finished product must be provided in MP4 format in high definition and must not be degraded from the original.
