I have already one live video chat script, like www.jasmin.com.
1) template design;
2) add upload to youtube code as streaming, 'cause I don't want to host video files on my server;
3) update member mainpage with adding scheduled playlist, played video list that can be broadcasted by playing back the uploaded video in youtube.
