Build a charming video, (3 to 4 minutes) from 85 photos and 2 very short videos, based on a soundtrack provided

I've uploaded the photos, videos and soundtrack to a Google drive folder. I'll share that with you once the project is awarded. The soundtrack is 3 minutes and 45 seconds, but you can add a few seconds of silence, or a gentle, buffer type, sound effect of your choce before and after. I've got the photos in rough chronological order, but would like for you to make creative decisions to synchronize the photos with the soundtrack to make it more impactful, dramatic, sweet, romantic and charming. Work in the one or very short 10 or 20 second vidoes as you can where they would be cool or nice. This will definitely require listening to the music soundtrack and picking the right photo to go with the words being sung. Photos can show anywhere from 3 to 5 seconds long, and maybe a couple might show as briefly as 2.5 seconds or as long as 6 seconds. But 3.5 would be a reasonable average. Photos are a wide range of sizes and each should have a gentle zoom in or zoom out from the main subject to give life to showing such photos. This is often referred to as the Ken Burns effect. I have several more of these videos to do, and can award more work to the person that does this well. I have a local person in my city that will do this work in about 3 hours, and I'd be willing to pay about $25/hour for this work. That means that I expect a reasonable bid for this work to be about $75 dollars. Don't bother bidding over $100, and if you have a good portfolio and think you can do this in 2 hours, a $50 bid might be reasonable.
