PC Shutdown Software v1

Hello, I require a coder that will write some software that performs the following actions when it receives the commands. These are: Reboot Shutdown Hibernate Log off Sleep Each will allow the option of informing the user if allowed, along with time limit before the action is peformed. It will also, if allowed, allow the user to cancel the option, of if a user is logged on to not perform the action. Your solution will provide 2 exe 1) This is run on the client machine along with a password 2) This is the server. I input names of the desktop machines, will input a password, and then will set the action details. This being Action to perform (Shutdown etc from the list above), Allow the user to cancel (tickbox), Perform the action even if a user is logged in (tickbox), Time Limit before action is performed (interger up to 600), Inform the user (tickbox) etc. Thanks,
