Access Database - Create Buttons/Macros

Our Microsoft Access database tracks correspondence with schools located in VIC & NSW. We contact schools each time we organize a new seminar, but the school contact often changes. Main contact details for each school is at the top of the screen. Below are 3 boxes, in each box is info about each time we contacted a school to invite their students to our seminar. The box on left hand side shows info relating to the most recent time we have contacted each school, the box in the middle shows info relating to the previous time we have contacted each school and the box on the right hand side is for the time before that. Please alter the database to achieve two things 1) Once we have conducted a seminar we would like to be able to click a button that would move all of the boxes along and to create a new blank box for which new info can be entered for the next seminar that we would like to inform school of. This new box would be located on the far left hand side, where April08 currently resides; April08 would be put where Feb08 currently resides; Feb08 would be put where Oct07 currently resides; Oct07 would be put directly under April 08 used to be located (and the new seminar now resides). 2) Once we have a new blank box that we can enter data into for the next seminar, we would like a button (label: Copy Prior Contact) located just to the right of the heading. The function of that button would be to copy the contact details (specifically: Name, Title, direct contact number, email address) of the previous school contact person. We would click this button when the contact at the school remains the same as for the prior seminar. So, for example, if we were doing the current April ’08 seminar, by pressing the button, it would copy the following fields of the Feb ’08 seminar: Name, Title, etc. The attached file has the database in it. BTW, any advice for setting up multiple users on access is appreciated, but not part of this bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform access on windows
