Migrating to European country Help/Advice/guide -permanent full time IT Job-

Hello, i am looking to move from middle east to any European country . i am looking for professional person who can help/advice accomplishing this task. i have no idea whether going to Canada or Sweden or uk australia etc.... others.. . i am willing to pay for that as mentioned in this project . in order for embassy to start emigration process i should have permanent full time job offer i guess . then i can move there alone of with my wife no problem.... i have very good experience in most of computer related things such as programing, security , networking , developments , fb integration marketing ...
