We want to pull out low poly models from a bunch of 360 pictures using agisoft pro, we have done a few and have a work flow. The process for turning a load of 360’s into a low-poly model that can be used for all the players; Import all images into Agisoft Photoscan Pro Mask off mirrors in agisoft Align pictures/cameras process Orientate scene to world (only chance to orientate) Generate high poly model & textures Export Import high poly model into 3D modelling software Model low-poly walls, floors, and objects over the top of the photogrammetry mesh, using it as a rough guide Reimport model back into agisoft Generate textures which will generate simple texturemap/uv’s for lobby model Repeat 6-10 aligning geometry as good as possible Re-export to FBX Simplified version Import images into photogrammetry software (agi soft) Export high poly rough mesh (any 3D software) Model low-poly mesh over the top as a guide Reimport to Agisoft to check camera projections, generate uv’s Tweak low-poly mesh until aligned (repeat 3-5) Export to FBX for final output
