Create an Anime style 3 min. 35 sec. music video

I am looking for someone to provide animation video to illustrate a song. The video will be played on a large screen while the the song is performed live on stage. I will attach the original version of the song, so you have an idea of the style. My version will be 3 mins. 35 sec. -- it is almost identical, except the ending instrumental part doesn't go on as long. I'll also attach the lyrics. Could you make a 2d animation video (anime style?), or perhaps some other style, to illustrate the lyrics of this song? I imagine the scene taking place on a tropical white sand beach in Mexico with hammocks and/or Adirondack-style chairs under palm trees, bright blue water, etc ... The main character is very good-looking, sexy and charismatic young man, but he is obviously conflicted about which direction his life should take. Pictures should be able to illustrate his thoughts and internal conflicts. The intro to the vocal might begin with the spinning Earth in space, then zoom in eventually to Mexico, then through the clouds to the "tourist town" and the beach, where we find our character, drinking beer, of course. Could you provide a sample of what you could do to illustrate and animate this song? And also, can you provide a quote for the project, with the final product in 1080 hi definition? Thank you. -- Rick
